Terms of Service

1. Access & Usage
By accessing your private client gallery, you agree that all images are for personal use only. Sharing, downloading, or printing is permitted only for personal purposes. Commercial use, resale, or alterations of any kind require prior written consent from Joel Finnigen Photography.

2. Image Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Joel Finnigen Photography. Clients receive a personal usage license but do not own the copyrights. Credit is appreciated when sharing images online.

3. Digital & Print Orders
High-resolution downloads, prints, and albums may be purchased through the gallery. All sales are final. Orders are processed through professional print labs to ensure the highest quality.

4. Gallery Availability
Client galleries are available for a limited time, typically 90 days from delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their images before the gallery expires. Extended access may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Privacy & Security
Your gallery is private and protected. A secure link will be provided, and you may share it at your discretion. Joel Finnigen Photography is not responsible for unauthorized access if the link is shared.

6. Editing & Retouching
All delivered images are professionally edited. Additional edits or retouching beyond the standard service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Liability
While every effort is made to secure and maintain your images, Joel Finnigen Photography is not liable for lost, damaged, or expired galleries beyond the stated availability period. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.
